Roasted Red Pepper soup

Simple. Even a moron could do it.

Roast, peel, and puree your peppers. Reserve some whole for texture in the soup.

Sweat your vegetables (onions and asparagus).

Add your stock. With some rice.

Maybe some coconut milk.

Let them get to know each other.

Serve, with irish coffee.

Don't forget the 'lovin. And yell at anybody who asks too many questions.

Guaranteed to be distracting.
